My Bio
I am working on writing up a bio for a new project I am getting ready to join (more info to come soon). David is weirded out writing in the third person… Friends, what do you think I am missing here?
David is a native Texan, most recently of Austin, where he attends the University of Texas studying Computer Engineering. He grew up surrounded by computers and technology and is still hooked into the system.
In 2008, David made a renewed effort to blog more often and that grew into an entry into the Twitterverse, where he is meeting with new people every day and connecting with them in new ways. He studies and writes about social media, technology, productivity, and how to bring new people into the fold and help them learn to use technology to their advantage. The blogging started as an exercise to improve his writing and turned into a way to find his voice and interests.
David can often be found in coffee shops around Austin, blogging, doing homework, or engaging with the local co-working community. In those rare moments not spent doing homework, he is spending time with his girlfriend and his Labrador pup, exploring his beloved hometown of Austin.
