Returned from Spring Break
We’re back in Austin, safe and sound, I took a bit of a break from blogging while I was doing some schoolwork and general Spring Break shenanigans. I’ve got some good ideas for some posts this week as I talk about the trip, but for now, I will leave you with some pictures that Megan and I took on our trip to Big Bend:
| Cool bridge over the Pecos River on US-90 | |
|
Looking over the US-Mexico Border outside of Langtry, TX (home of Judge Roy Bean) |
|
| The Gage Hotel in Marathon, TX | |
| Concerned cattle on the way into Big Bend (See the Chisos Mountains in the background?) | |
| In Big Bend, we hiked down to the bottom of these hills. | |
| Davis Mountains State Park, I just love the big blue skies out here. |
Stay tuned this week, as I go into socially conscious vacationing for Generation Y, reviews of the establishments we visited, and my thoughts on Jelly (after attending 24 Hours of Jelly in Austin).

No, I was not there at the party, I just attended the actual Jelly that happened on Friday at Cafe Caffeine. Are you talking about the Plutopia party?
