My Essential Mobile Apps

Chocolate-Banana-Strawberry Soy Milksmoothie

Just fought the urge to go out and get junk food, instead I made this with stuff that we had on hand.

Banana
Strawberries (Frozen or Fresh)
Silk Chocolate Soy Milk
Ice Cubes

Combine the banana, strawberries (slightly defrosted), and chocolate milk in a blender.
Run the blender till everything is well blended
Add a couple of ice cubes and blend again
